Q: When are your showroom and offices open?
A: We are open from 7:00 am until 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 3025 Lapeer Rd. Take Exit 81 to
southbound Lapeer Rd from I-75.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: We can deliver material to your store or home for a fee.
We use covered trucks and will bring the material inside to
begin the acclimation process.
Q: What materials do you carry?
A: We carry some of the finest hardwood flooring products available-both pre finished and unfinished. In addition, we carry a variety of accessories and tools including sanding equipment and sandpaper, multiple lines of finishes, cork flooring, sundries, molding, safety material for floor sanding, installation equipment, exotic flooring from all over the world, custom borders and medallions, wood vents of all species, and S4S lumber and rough lumber.
Q: Do you have rental equipment?
A: Yes! We rent floor nailers. We also carry all accessories for this equipment.
Q: How long will it take to get material?
A: If we have your material in stock we can deliver it within 1-2 days. If the mill has to make material for you, it could be 3-4 weeks depending on what material you ordered.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. There is a 2% convenience fee for all credit cards. If you are using a debit card, there is not a fee if the transaction is completed in the store.
Q: Do we install and finish floors?
A: Premium Hardwoods does not install any of the material that we sell, but we do have a great referral list. These contractors have no affiliation with us other than they purchase material through us.
Q: Do we guarantee our floors?
A: We stand behind what we sell. Our floors will have a moisture content of 6% to 9% when we deliver it. If you have a problem, please call us right away as our manufacturers work with us closely to ensure that you receive a quality product. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
